Codeworks DEV (Development Evaluation Vehicle) is a software prototyping service for the North East of England’s digital sector.
Codeworks, the centre for digital excellence, launched DEV to provide a cost effective service to open up commercial opportunities and product development in digital innovation. DEV seeks to reduce barriers, time and risk for its innovators.
The project is being part financed by the European Union’s ERDF Competitiveness Programme 2007-13, securing £805,000 ERDF investment through regional development agency One North East. The agency is contributing a further £915,000 from its Single Programme.
